写作和口语确实是托福考试的拦路虎，但是写作和口语能力的提升不是一朝一夕的事情，要在正确的道路上勤加练习。前期进行大量的语言输入，多读多听，先把自己的听力和阅读搞上去，然后慢慢提高自己的写作和口语能力。
先说写作，下面从托福的出题方式谈到评分标准，分享几个托福写作的备考技巧，拿高分，so easy~
托福写作分为独立写作和综合写作，独立写作需要用30分钟的时间写一篇300字以上的文章，文章需要就给出的问题阐述自己的观点。
综合写作要先花3分钟读一篇文章，这篇文章一般是由一个主题段（第一段）加3个论点组成，看完之后总结出文段的主题和它的三个论点。之后跳转到听力界面，听一篇2-3分钟的听力，听力里面的信息和阅读文章是相对应的，注意听力中对阅读文章中观点的看法。因为综合写作会要求写出听力的lecture是如何response阅读中的观点的。听力部分需要做笔记，考官会发草稿纸。进入写作的界面，左边会重现之前隐去的阅读内容，右侧会有输入文字的写作考试区。
综合写作示例
评分标准两个作文都是0-5分，最后得分由独立写作的分数+综合写作的分数/2得出。两个作文都会从文章展开，组织和语言使用三个方面进行评分。
综合写作需要总结课堂演讲的论点、论据，并陈述这些论点、论据是如何反驳文章的论点、论据的，这篇作文不要求考生阐述自己的观点而是保持客观。考官会根据你对原文材料中总结、释义和引用信息的情况，和是否写出听到的信息与读到的信息之间是如何联系的这两项来判分。
与综合写作的客观性不同，独立写作是主观的，所以在文章展开要求方面会稍有区别。独立写作考察如何确定 自己的主题思想以及支持该思想的重要观点，如何组织例证和细节展开论述。
文章组织要求考生使用有条理的方式表达信息，运用分段，有效的连接词来连接观点。
语言运用要求句子和词汇有效表达，准确地使用语法和词汇，遵循拼写，标点和格式的惯例。
备考技巧：技巧一：熟悉写作流程，时间分配得当
在考综合写作的时候，记笔记是最重要的，尤其是听力部分，笔记记得好，心态稳不会崩。
第一步：做笔记，一般阅读和听力都是总分的结构，符合1+3的模式。往往第一段是总结段，会先抛出主题，接下来有三段段说明理由，听力材料中的观点和阅读中的观点一般都是相反的。所以在做笔记的时候，边读阅读部分边列提纲，左边列出四行（1+3），每行留出空间.听听力的时候右边对应写出听力的态度和讲座的三个观点。这样两部分的信息对比，可以高效看出两部分的区别。
第二步：计时写文章，一般是3个观点的情况下，就可以写四段。第一段说出两者的总观点，后三段分列出三个论点。不需要长篇大论，字数符合要求就行，而且尽量不要打断copy阅读中的文字。平时学会paraphrase，积累同义词替换，学会如何和去改写句子。
独立写作的题型一般都是应该不应该，是不是，对不对，好不好，哪个更好这类问题。按照审题，列提纲，开头，中间，结尾段，检查的步骤写，控制好时间，字数一定要比300多，至少在350以上。字多不代表要写废话，只不过内容详细让文章更连贯而已。很多中国考生很容易给一个观点，但是没有足够的论点来证明，受文化因素的影响，外国人就会很难理解，所以看似很直白的一句话，外国人会问why，所以多用真实的例子或者数据来论证自己的观点。一般整段有三个观点足矣，如果自己凑不出三个正面的观点，就可以让步举反例来证明自己的总观点。
独立写作写作流程
技巧二：高度模拟考场情况，提高打字速度和准确度
有的人说自己作文时间紧，其中最重要的原因就是打字慢，比如有的同学打字是一阳指，甚至是断臂一阳指。打字速度直接影响到了书写速度，是机考中需要克服的难关之一。
平常在练习写作的时候，如果用Word打字，Word会自动大写和纠正，而托福考试的时候是没有这些功能的，所以平时不要用带有这些功能的软件打字。可以用文本文档或者类似于作文批改网这样的作文批改软件。
技巧三： 批改使人进步
托福110的学姐告诉本人：作文要想有提高，精写3篇胜似粗写300篇。一味的去写作文练思路，但是没有任何修改订正升华，最后练来练去，都是自己原先的东西，没有提高。作文提高的关键就是批改，一篇作文，自己批改两遍后，让外国人或者老师批改两遍，最后成型的作文应该至少是自己的第5遍稿。自己可以直接练TPO，尽量每天一篇，如果不能每天一篇，一周保持5篇的量也可，练习的时候必须机打。如果没有老师，没有外国友军，那可以用作文批改网这种软件，或者在某宝上买批改服务。（为了防止有广告的嫌疑，我就不说怎么用或者哪家的好了）
技巧四：检查能够提分
在上面提到的写作步骤中，检查是最后一步，也是至关重要的一步，因为打字拼写错误和语法错误不能避免，错误太多肯定会扣分的，如果能利用最后的3分钟时间更正一遍这些小错误，作文完成效果更好，提分的可能性大有可能。
技巧五：掌握模板，句型和高分表达
如何让自己的作文不像流水账，语言能够上档次，我们就要学习高分表达，句型甚至模板了。学习别人是怎么表达和描述的，可以拿来一用，幻化成自己的东西，但是千万不要死记硬背，更不要背范文。
拿高分表达来说，想要表达一件东西很便宜，很多人都会用cheap，但是高分表达会用affordable，这样的高分表达还有很多，比如用 be conductive to来代替be useful for,the majority of 来代替most of，这样的表达和下面的高分句型比如起始句怎么写，怎么承上启下，一些好的搭配等在《新托福写作真经》里都总结了，这里就不一一列举了。

口语备考技巧
第一招：知己知彼，百胜不怠八月份改革之后，托福口语的考试内容减少，疲惫应考的情况会有所缓解，但是删掉的是task1和task5，只保留托福1个独立口语任务和3个综合口语任务，分数不变，考试时间缩至17分钟。相比其他四个口语题目来说，task1和task5是比较简单的，所以口语相应的难度在提高。
task2是独立口语任务，题目内容涉及考生熟悉的话题。考生依据自己的想法、观点和个人经历作答，也可利用任何与题目有关的想法、观点或经历来回答。比如是喜欢自己做决策还是依赖父母？准备时间15秒，答题时间45秒。独立口语任务主要考察思路，一定要打开脑洞，有话可说。
其他三道题是综合口语任务，task3是校园情景对话，考生要在45秒-50秒内阅读一段学校新执行或即将执行的政策，或学生的建议/倡议。接下来，考生会听到两个学生针对阅读文章标明自己的看法和观点，支持或反对都会很清楚的表述出来。最后的问题可能是让你阐述其中一位的观点和论据。准备时间30秒，回答时间60秒。
Task4的内容为学术文章，国外课堂内容的节选，在内容理解和记录上都会稍有难度。
task6会先听一个学术性讲座，边听边记，记完之后复述出来，准备时间20秒，回答时间60秒。
综合口语任务的难点在于听力笔记和提炼信息的能力，考生必须综合利用多种语言技能，reading，listening，and speaking，主要考察的是速记和逻辑思维能力。
第二招：心里挂杆称要想口语得高分就一定要先看看托福口语的评分标准，知道自己的口语在是什么水平，能拿多少分。
1.topic development（话题展开）
答案如何流畅地开展，能流畅地很清楚很有逻辑的展开your answer，内容上很流畅才说明你的话题内容完整。
2.delivery（语言表达）
回答时以抑扬顿挫的声调，平常说话时的正常语速，标准的发音来清晰流畅地表达，不打磕绊，少停顿。
3.language use（语言使用）
语法用词准确，不要一张口就犯语法表达错误，这样很容易造成歧义。如果在用词上，可以加一些俗语，则可以锦上添花。
第三招：用科学发展观的角度去备考
指导思想：
口语的提高必定是一个多说多练的过程，听老师讲再多都不如开口说一遍，托福口语考察的更多是一项语言输出能力，不像阅读还可以刷题，听力还有技巧。
作战武器：
口语不用特别多的备考资料，只需要TPO和新托福口语真经就行，前者上机实战不断模拟，后者是机经，学习范文和练真题。
制胜关键：
因为考试回答的时间很短，所以快速反应是制胜的关键一步。平时可以按照下面高分技巧的建议随时随地检测自己练习，开拓自己的思路。
其次练TPO和机经的时候，面对独立型口语任务，可以归纳整理话题，比如音乐类的是一类，为什么的分为一类，把问题整理之后可以总结每种类型题目回答的思路。每次的独立型口语任务可以由“观点+1~2个论据（理由加细节）”组合构成。一般回答的时间很短，所以论据不用说的特别多，特别全，最多两个理由，再加上自己的一些经历或者事实数据来解释自己的论点即可。如果说了两个点还有时间就用一句话总结一下，如果说不完也没有关系，保证流畅度和清晰度就可以啦。

观点：我喜欢同时选几门课
原因：1.多学几门课可以学到更多，变得更优秀，可以开阔眼界，提高能力····
2.课多让我的时间安排更紧凑，我喜欢这种紧张充实的感觉
举例子：上学期，我报了三门课：摄影，舞蹈和英语，然后摄影教我如何用相机去展现世界，去欣赏图片的美·····（举例子把自己的感受和细节说出来）
综合性口语任务对听力的要求很高，所以要和听力一起训练，练听力的时候学会做笔记。记笔记的时候，努力地将重要的信息点记录下来，一行一个信息点，主要记录的应该是名词，形容词，动词这类单词，并用一些符号来帮助完整这些信息。比如对于某个观点，支持肯定用√，否定用×，不影响自己理解的情况下可以用简写。根据出题规律，一般能复述出谁做了什么事儿，听力材料的信息就get到了。
对于自己的语音语调发音等问题，可以做imitation：也就是模仿，不断地模仿外国人说话的腔调，包括发音，语调甚至语气。可以选择VOA，因为这样的听力材料发音标准，有利于提高自己发音的准确度。做imitation的时候，先至少听三遍录音，把里面不认识的单词，连读，弱读，重读都标出来。然后开始模仿练习，练习一两遍，然后结合第一种方法，录音，找出自己的错误，之后再不断地去模仿原文，改自己的错误。这个和听力的精听一样，是很耗费时间的，但是坚持下来，绝对有效果。其次，自己在看美剧的的时候，看完第一遍，第二遍不妨按照imitation的要求，再一边看一边模仿一遍，因为美剧里的口语是比较接地气的，里面的俗语和用词都很地道，考试的时候地道的表达能加分不少。
第四招：高分上位技巧因为独立性口语任务是随机给出一个主题，准备时间很少，需要根据自己的经验去回答，所以稍微停顿一下，几秒钟就过去了，最后可能根本没有说多少内容。一些考生很容易紧张，以至于思路短路，内容说不完整，影响成绩。所以平时练习的时候一定要在45秒内尽可能多说，给自己计时，尽可能的讲更多的内容。task2如果能掌握答题的套路（不，思路） ，纵使出现多少新题也不怕。
要想提高口语，就得多练习，一定得张口，能和英语speaker交流是最好的啦，如果没有English-speaker，看看能不能加入能说英语的互助小组或者机构，大家一起相互学习呀。
如果不能和别人交谈，那就只能自己自言自语了，可以随机描述事物，锻炼自己临场发挥的能力，描述一张照片，或者一件物品，想想自己怎么在45秒的时间里展开描述，描述哪些特点。
也可以描述今天发生过的事儿或者明天计划要做的事情，这样会锻炼自己用不同的时态，可以提高自己语法的准确度和语言组织能力。
也可以找个话题，说出自己的理解，阐述为什么你的观点是这样的，理解是正确的。
task3就进入综合口语了，和独立口语不同的是，你得很认真的听录音里的信息，把说话人的论点记录下来，总结说话人的观点。
因为task3是校园话题，所以平时可以去英美国家的大学网站去找一些关于校园生活的话题文章，和同伴一起探讨。
其次，我们可以在平时的练习过程中可以给自己录音，然后回答完，听录音给自己打分，看看自己哪里说的不好，发音？还是内容？再不断地去练习改正。
如果感觉自己听不出来或者改不过来，找老师来帮助自己订正。
在练习的时候尽量不要停顿，慢慢提高自己的流畅度。
task4和task6是学术演讲，所以第一步还是积累自己的学术单词，如果想要在口语单词上面做单项突破，推荐大家用《新托福场景词汇》，背的时候多听单词，自己练习发音。
这部分记笔记特别重要，注意记笔记的时候不要把原话抄下来，可能来不及抄，而且也不能照着念，考官要听的是你怎么说。所以记笔记只记要点，说的时候，用词不用太难，尽量口语化。如果考场上遇到自己什么都没有记下来，没得可说的时候，不要不断重复自己的话 ，可以把自己听到的点儿自己拓展下去。
平时可以多读一些学术性的文章，虽然托福考试不考专业知识，但是考我们的英语能力。这些文章也只是锻炼我们英语能力的一个方法，读完之后，自己口语总结下文章的主旨内容，论点论据等，也就是复述一遍。
如果有那种有学术性文章后面还有问题的书籍，也可以选择阅读，跟着后面的练习题练习。
最后还要强调一点，就是一定不要背范文。自己在整理题库或者做口语真经的时候，不要背范文，自己应该反应如何作答，平时范文答案用来学习即可，学习用词和语言组织，顺便对比自己的口语答案，找出差距。
